The path I took to stand in the powerful, love filled place that I do now was fraught with challenges. My great personal journey allows me to empathise and connect with all people and all situations and struggles one may find themselves in. I hold no judgements. and my heart lovingly embraces all who come to see me.

My work is very unique to anything that’s out there, it’s not just talk therapy. A lot of other coaching programs lack real depth and they don’t work with the body and psyche in ways that create safety in the body, such as self-love, healing and ultimate transformation. The tools I offer are profound and multidimensional.
I have been in the personal development industry for over 20 years with diverse experience as a Psychotherapist, Intuitive Energy healer, Life Coach, Love and Relationship Coach, and Teacher of Personal development I saw people working on their personal and spiritual growth, but they seemed to lack connection to their bodies, their pleasure, creativity and their aliveness. This led to me to answer my calling of combining my two loves together spirituality and sexuality.
In my late teens, I started to read books about Sex and Tantra, as I was fascinated and intrigued with sex and orgasm and how it related to the vast cosmos. I Learned through ancient texts and practices that the euphoric state of orgasm allows your consciousness to reach higher states beyond the physical realms. I was very excited to discover that sex and spirituality were basically the same energy. However, it is clear particularly in the western world that people are not taught to look at sex in this way. I knew one day I was going to teach people the importance of their bodies and understanding energy, and how to reach altered states through sex that would change and heal their lives, and as an energetic healer I know that sexual energy can transmute and heal deep wounds within one’s body and psyche.
I didn’t grow up to believe sexuality was anything to be ashamed of I inherently knew it was important to be an expressive woman, not hide my desires and ask for what I wanted for a great connected sex. (the years of reading of tantra books and cosmopolitan magazine paid off!). In my early 20’s I was in a highly toxic and emotionally abusive Relationship where I felt very trapped. My high sex drive was rejected, and shut down and I lost myself and my zest for life, I became fearful of expressing myself, and stopped initiating intimacy, I started to feel numb and dead inside, and so so sad, and slowly piece by piece I felt my soul was shrinking. Nothing was pleasurable anymore.
One of the greatest lessons from the pain I experienced in my 12-year marriage was the importance of standing in my truth, being seen living life authentically and not holding back on my dreams. I decided I would no longer play small or hide and suppress my sexuality. I didn’t want to feel ashamed of being a sexy woman and wanting an incredible sex life that rocked my world. So, I went on a deep transformational healing journey and found so much love for myself, embraced all parts of me and embodied my sexuality completely as a Goddess!
I will teach you through tools of transformation, embodiment practices, and exploration of your desires how pleasure will heal your body and soul so you can have a life filled with love and sexual fulfillment.

I love people and helping them uncover their deepest truths, desires and secrets. I love hanging out at the beach at that mystical time of dusk, walking along listening to the waves, and feeling the gentle breeze on my skin. I have a passion for dancing my two favourites are Tango and Burlesque. Deep conversations, presence and insights seduce my mind. I am always learning and studying new things my thirst for knowledge and curiosity is immense.
